It all starts with your dream, whether loosely general or quite specific ideas of what you envision in your custom home. The conceptual design process begins with a discussion of your desired criteria. From this point forward, it is our goal to obtain a full understanding of what you would like to achieve in your individual design. We listen to your ideas and deliver practical yet delightful spaces with just the right balance of originality and flair. You will be able to see your home begin to take shape during your hand-sketch session. The conceptual design phase includes a hand-sketched site plan, floor plans and an elevation sketch.

Any significant changes to your design will be made during this most critical stage in the planning process. The initial floor designs and home's exterior style elements are refined. And, the highly anticipated color rendering of the proposed elevation, is revealed during this stage. Reasonably established floors and an elevation is necessary for the plans to be digitally drawn. These computerized versions of are called working drawings and will be draughted and distributed to you. The preliminary design phase includes computer generated site plan, floor plans, roof plan and a color elevation rendering.

Once you receive the working drawings, you will begin the final design process. Here, you will make any necessary final changes to the look and design of your home. When all of your design changes have been made, final computerized drawings are drafted. These drawings will be final-checked by you and your builder and then final construction drawings will be printed and distributed. The final design phase includes computer generated site plan, floor plans, roof plan and front, back and side elevations.
